No excuse, always drafting posts in my head (when writing/typing isn’t sensible) but there’s so many other issues to attend to, this poor blog is left to wither in the icy winds of the Forgottensphere.
Too late for Happy New Year, too early for Happy Easter so I’ll dispense with the niceties and get on with a quick update.
The end of last year was pretty hectic, sourcing new rounds of funding and working with some incredible people on projects that will soon see the light of day.
What we did neglect though was developing the site, publicising the site and maintaining an acceptable level of communication with you. We are a fairly small team and not always the most organised.
So here’s my little todo list for this blog. I’d like to share it here to make sure I actually do it. I’ll update this bit with links as the posts become available.
1. Fundraising, we’re not experts so learn from our mistakes.
2. Project management, it’s all in the detail
3. Goals for Raffle.it over the next few months
4. Ongoing – an activity stream detailing what’s happening over on Raffle.it.
